During the last few weeks I've been thinking what Leyla would like me to do? What is the direction that I should take, where to turn to in the crossroads? How to live without her, still living to the fullest and making the memory of her what she deserves. The answer was clear to me, Leyla would like us to work with the horses in the future and also in this moment, when it still feels difficult.

We grow more when we are faced with things that touch us really deep. When the pain is the biggest we can understand its meaning - if we don't get stuck with it and make the pain our excuse to drown into darkness, and stop living. That doesn't mean, that we would not cry or mourn for the love we have lost.

Leyla let me get to know horses again and I couldn't have had a better teacher. Many might say that such a perfect horse can't exist, but all who knew Leyla said the same. This mare was very rare! That does give more reason to think, what next? I haven't been able to get my thoughts together yet, but I believe that slowly I shall find the best way to spread Leyla's message forward. At least by telling people how you can make your horse your partner and your teacher, how to open up to listen to the wisdom of the ancients, to the heartbeats full of love and how to feel the warm breath against your face, without fear, but feeling strong and confident!

Thoughts for better tomorrow!

The most beautiful of all the animals, a horse, that God gave to us humans here on Earth, to teach us love, strength, confidence and gentleness. That horse would be so helpful for us, if only we open up to consciousness, if we are humble and accept that we definitely do not know everything about everything.

I feel that after Leyla left I was offered a possibility to tell people more about this horse and about how the horses would like to be treated. I also feel that the spirit of that beautiful, unbelievably wise creature, and it's ability to guide me, follows me everywhere and tells me what I can do for horses.

Look at Love...

Look at Love...
how it tangles
with the one fallen in love

look at spirit
how it fuses with earth
giving it new life

why are you so busy
with this or that or good or bad
pay attention to how things blend

why talk about all
the known and the unknown
see how unknown merges into the known

why think separately
of this life and the next
when one is born from the last

look at your heart and tongue
one feels but deaf and dumb
the other speaks in words and signs

look at water and fire
earth and wind
enemies and friends all at once

the wolf and the lamb
the lion and the deer
far away yet together

look at the unity of this
spring and winter
manifested in the equinox

you too must mingle my friends
since the earth and the sky
are mingled just for you and me

be like sugarcane
sweet yet silent
dont get mixed up with bitter words

my beloved grows
right out of my own heart
how much more union can there be
